ANÁLISIS DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS DENTRO DEL PROCESO ÁULICO PARA EL MANEJO DE ESTUDIANTES CON PROBLEMAS DE CONDUCTAS AGRESIVAS EN LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA MINERVA

Resumen
Esta sistematización tuvo como objetivo general proponer el análisis de las
estrategias dentro del proceso áulico para el manejo de estudiantes con
problemas de conductas agresivas en la Unidad Educativa Minerva en los
salones de 2do. y 3er. Grado de Educación General Básica (EGB)
Dentro de la metodología que se empleó para conocer las diferentes
estrategias que el docente utilizó ante la problemática antes mencionada, se
cita la observación áulica, entrevistas no estructuradas a los docentes y la
recopilación de información a través de los informes entregados al
Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil (DECE)
Entre los resultados se identificaron dificultades que mantuvieron los docentes,
como el control deficiente de las actitudes emocionales, poca tolerancia para el
manejo de estudiantes con dichas conductas, en donde lo único que se logró
fue que se desencadene en los niños impulsos agresivos, dejando en
evidencia un ambiente tenso en el aula.
Además al realizar la observación de la dinámica del salón, se puso de
manifiesto que pocos maestros prestaron la debida atención o mantuvieron una
atención preferencial a los estudiantes con dichos rasgos.
Frente a estos comportamientos agresivos la estrategia más utilizada por los
docentes fue la derivación al Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil, como
una forma de evasión ante el desconocimiento del manejo adecuado de
estudiantes con conductas agresivas
