Resumen
La práctica que realizan los alumnos-maestros de la carrera de
educación primaria modalidad semipresencial es de vital importancia
dentro del ejercicio docente, ya que por medio de ella podemos
detectar las falencias que existen en el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje.
La Guía de gestión en el aula ayudará a los alumnos
maestros aplicar técnicas activas donde los estudiantes puedan
desarrollar las operaciones mentales para realizar un aprendizaje
significativo. Los aspectos más importantes del marco teórico se
referirán a las competencias, operaciones mentales, técnicas
activas. Para la investigación se ha seleccionado el paradigma cualicuantitativo
y la modalidad de Proyecto Factible. Las variables a
manejarse en la investigación son: Desempeño y práctica preprofesionales
de los alumnos-maestros de la carrera de educación
primaria de la modalidad semipresencial de la Facultad de Filosofía,
Letras y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil y
diseño de una Guía de gestión en el aula. La población a investigarse
son los alumnos-maestros y los docentes de la carrera. Los datos
que se obtengan de la investigación serán procesados y presentados
en cuadros y gráficos estadísticos con su respectiva interpretación.
El alcance del estudio es facilitar a los alumnos-maestros una
metodología activa para que pueda mejorar el proceso enseñanzaaprendizaje,
a través del diseño de una guía de gestión en el aula que
se presenta como propuesta y que beneficiará tanto a los alumnosmaestros
y a los niñ@s ya que podrán encontrar en esta guía las
herramientas innovadoras que le permitan disponer de diversas
alternativas para solucionar los problemas y a la construcción del
aprendizaje significativo.
