maxilar, como consecuencia de falta de tejidos blandos y tejidos duros;
posible.
This research is intended as a useful guide query that answer the main questions that incite the projecting a light residual root maxillary sinus by a oral- sinus communication as a surgical complication. From the broad interest of the dentist to know the topography, operation and Maxillary Sinus situation is necessary to make a thorough study of this issue to a definitive diagnosis with respect to any alteration or pathology also Maxillary Sinus called Antro of Higmoro . Given that the roots of the posterior teeth are located below the bottom wall of the maxillary sinus is very common to occur surgical complications during a nearby dental extraction, such as a root fracture and root projection likely rest into the light of the maxillary sinus causing a buccal- sinus communication which is nothing but a pathological condition characterized by present a solution of continuity between the oral cavity and sinus jaw as a result of lack of soft tissue and hard tissue ; This communication can be of any etiology or accidental traumatic , either way the knowledge necessary situation to exercise treatment either immediate or to prevent further complications such as sepsis subsequent to surgical maneuver . Given the wide possibilities of alternative treatments less invasive than major surgery , extensive necessary professional knowledge to find the best treatment plan possible.
