Resumen
En este trabajo podemos encontrar el tratamiento endodóntico en la pieza dentaria
central superior derecha la cual presenta necrosis pulpar causado por un
traumatismo.
Este tratamiento consiste en la extirpación del paquete vásculo-nervioso que se
encuentra en el interior del diente y es el causante del dolor dentario.
Por medio de unos instrumentos especiales se limpia el interior del diente dejándolo
libre de infección. Cada diente tiene en su interior una red de vasos que se
distribuyen dentro del diente formando una red de conductos. La endodoncia
pretende limpiar cada conducto y dejar el diente apto para su posterior restauración.
Después del tratamiento endodóntico se procede a realizar la restauración final que
puede ser una obturación de resina o se podría llevar a cabo la colocación de poste,
corona dentaria (metal-porcelana, porcelana pura) la cual pretende sellar la
apertura sin dejar microfiltraciones que puede ser causante de una ventana para su
posterior infección.
In this paper we find the endodontic treatment on tooth top center right which has pulp necrosis caused by trauma. This treatment involves removal of the vascular- nervous bundle that located inside of the tooth and is the cause of dental pain . Using special instruments inside the tooth is cleaned leaving free of infection. Each tooth having therein a network of vessels that distributed inside the tooth forming a network of ducts. endodontics aims to clean each duct and leave the tooth suitable for further restoration. After endodontic treatment is necessary to make the final restoration it can be a composite filling or could perform positioning post , tooth crown ( PFM pure porcelain) which aims to seal the while opening microleakage may be causing a window for Subsequent infection .
