Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en la escuela de educación
básica “Manuel Gómez Abad”, con la finalidad de determinar la influencia
de la inteligencia emocional en la calidad del clima organizacional, y
proveer de un recurso que oriente el comportamiento ético y profesional de
los y las docentes de la institución, en el proceso investigativo se utilizó la
investigación de campo, además de otros instrumentos que permitieron la
verificación y validación del tema. Liderar, sobre todo en estos momentos
en los que la oferta y la demanda son globales y podemos tener que dirigir
a personas que no se encuentran dentro de nuestros parámetros culturales
y grupales, pasa por tener la capacidad para manejar nuestras emociones
y las de los demás, por ello a través de esta investigación se busca
promover el fortalecimiento de las habilidades personales y participar
activamente en el mejoramiento de la calidad del clima organizacional,
beneficiando a toda la comunidad educativa. Este estudio fue
metodológicamente cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal; se aplicó
técnicas de análisis estadístico que sustentan un diagnóstico inicial sobre
la problemática tratada. El procesamiento de datos se diseñó para
considerar porcentajes y frecuencias que permitan, en base a una
interpretación de esta información, obtener una caracterización fidedigna
del fenómeno estudiado. De esta manera se determinó que, en efecto,
existe la necesidad de mejorar la calidad del clima organizacional en la
institución. Así mismo, varios docentes manifestaron la necesidad de contar
con capacitación institucional que permita dar cumplimiento a importantes
principios y valores directivos para, de esta manera, fomentar el alcance de
objetivos grupales. En base al estudio, se recomienda que los funcionarios
directivos ejerciten a diario sus habilidades de liderazgo y que se procure
que los procesos de gestión sean supervisados y monitoreados para
mejorar la calidad académica dentro de la institución, promoviendo también
valores de ética profesional a través del fortalecimiento de las habilidades
emocionales

The data processing was designed to consider percentages and frequencies that allow, based on an interpretation of this information, to obtain a reliable characterization of the studied phenomenon. In this way, it was determined that, in fact, there is a need to improve the quality of the organizational climate in the institution. Likewise, several teachers expressed the need for institutional training to enable them to comply with important principles and management values, in order to promote the achievement of group objectives. Based on the study, it is recommended that management officials exercise daily their leadership skills and that management processes are supervised and monitored to improve academic quality within the institution, also promoting professional ethics values through Strengthening of emotional skills
