Resumen
Los Terceros Molares retenidos, en mala posición tanto superiores como
inferiores es un tema de indudable importancia en la Cirugía Bucal que
debe ser estudiado integralmente, a nivel anatómico, en relación con las
zonas que lindera, a nivel clínico, quirúrgico y radiográfico.
Al terminar este trabajo llego a la conclusión más importante; de que
existen diferentes razones para la extracción de terceros molares
superiores retenidos o en mala posición y como profesionales debemos
adoptar la técnica más conveniente a nuestro criterio, basándonos en los
conocimientos básicos de Cirugía Bucal, partiendo de un buen
diagnóstico, manejándose con criterio clínico, conociendo perfectamente
el campo operatorio donde se va a trabajar y previniendo todas las
posibles complicaciones que un tercer molar puede presentar en el
paciente antes, durante y después de la cirugía.
The third molars in both upper and malposition below is a subject of undeniable importance in oral surgery must be fully studied anatomically in relation to the adjoining areas, to clinical, surgical and radiological level. Upon completion of this work I get to the most important conclusion, that there are different reasons for the removal of third molars impacted maxillary or bad position and as professionals we adopt the most convenient technique at our discretion, based on the basic knowledge of Oral Surgery, based on a good diagnosis, being handled with clinical judgment, knowing perfectly the operative field where you will work and preventing all possible complications that may have a third molar in the patient before, during and after surgery.
