Desarrollo de un sistema informático bajo la plataforma web con arquitectura MVC para la administración y seguridad del centro turístico zona GREEN aplicando conocimientos de SMART CITY.

Resumen
Con los grandes avances tecnológicos y la necesidad de obtener información actualizada y al instante, es factible que las empresas cuenten con sistemas que ayuden a la gestión de sus procesos. Por esta razón es muy importante contar con dichos sistemas, ya sea un sitio web o una aplicación, que puede ser usada para proporcionar información oportuna de los negocios que se vayan a querer emprender en un futuro. Un alto porcentaje en el crecimiento de las entidades empresas es gracias a estos sitios en línea, que enmarcan un mejor desempeño de las mismas, pues facilitan a los clientes obtener información necesaria que desean saber. De esta manera, se evita que ellos tengan la necesidad de acercarse al centro turístico “Zona Green”, para obtener la aclaración sobre un servicio en especial. Hoy en día el internet ha ganado mucho espacio en el ámbito turístico, con el afán de cambiar la visión de los usuarios, vemos necesario implementar una aplicación web con el reto de aprovechar estas tecnologías y el objetivo de facilitar a los administradores el control de la gestión, seguridad y brindar información relevante del centro turístico. Así el usuario tendrá otra perspectiva del centro turístico, que tendrá más acogida. Con el fin de llegar al éxito del proyecto se implementará la metodología RUP (Proceso Unificado Racional), para lograr de manera fácil y eficiente la documentación e implementación del mismo. La página web será desarrollada con herramientas open source como NetBeans en la base de dato MySQL, el servidor web Xampp, además de aplicar conocimientos de domótica en el centro turístico “Zona Green”, utilizando el modelo MVC (modelo, vista, controlador) lo cual permite entender el código y la estructura del aplicativo web que se va a desarrollar. Con la implementación del sitio web se ha logrado cumplir con las expectativas planteadas por el administrador permitiendo un mejor manejo de las gestiones realizadas en el centro turístico, además se logró captar una gran aceptación de la implementación de la domótica por parte de los usuarios
