Resumen
En la actualidad el campo del mercado bursátil en el país es poco conocido por las
personas naturales, esto se debe a la falta de publicidad por parte del gobierno y de las
mismas casas de valores que se encuentran en el país. Con la iniciativa de esrudiar la
factibilidad para crear una casa de valores en la ciudad de Guayaquil se busca lograr que las
personas naturales tengan acceso al mercado bursátil, el proyecto se basa en ofrecer un
servicio de intermediación de valores a las personas naturales con capacidad de ahorro y de
inversión de la ciudad de Guayaquil y ciudades cercanas, considerando las respectivas
competencias que son aquellas casas de valores establecidas en la ciudad. Se pretende dar
confianza a las personas, mostrarles que no solo las grandes empresas pueden obtener
beneficios sino también todas aquellas personas están al alcance de poder tener otras formas
de ingreso mediante la bolsa de valores, solo con que estén dispuestas a invertir.

It is intended to give people confidence, to show that not only big companies can get benefits but also all those people are able to have other forms of income through the stock market, only with which they are willing to invest.
