Plan de negocio para la creación de una planta de valorización de residuos de materiales de construcción y demolición en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Resumen
La innovación y crecimiento sostenible de la economía mediante la optimización de los recursos naturales es el objetivo que pretende alcanzar este plan de negocios, buscando que se reduzca la explotación de material pétreo en las canteras y poder reutilizar los residuos de construcción para procesarlos y volver a introducirlos al mercado.
El proyecto puede ser replicado no solo en la ciudad de Guayaquil, sino también, en ciudades en donde se genere mucho escombro de material de construcción. Incluso se puede replicar en ciudades que han sido afectados por catástrofes naturales, en Ecuador después de lo sucedido el 16 de abril de 2016, en donde se puede potenciar el uso de RCD para la reconstrucción de las viviendas que fueron afectadas.
The innovation and sustainable growth of the economy through the optimization of natural resources is the objective that this business plan aims to achieve, seeking to reduce the exploitation of stone material in the quarries and to be able to reuse the construction waste to process it and return to introduce them to the market. The project can be replicated not only in the city of Guayaquil, but also in cities where there is a lot of construction material rubble. It can even be replicated in cities that have been affected by natural disasters, in Ecuador after April 16, 2016, where the use of RCD can be enhanced for the reconstruction of the homes that were affected.
