Resumen
Este proyecto propone identificar y evaluar los factores de riesgos psicosociales, enfocado a los conductores de la Cooperativa de transporte Pedro Carbo. Ya que es necesario reducir y controlar, a los riesgos q se exponen los conductores, y mejorando las condiciones de trabajo, con el objetivo de analizar los riesgos psicosociales presentes en las operaciones rutinarias a las que acuden los conductores. Por lo cual se procedió a identificar estos riesgos, utilizando la metodología de identificación y evaluación de Riesgos Laborales del Instituto Sindical de Trabajo, Ambiente y Salud, ISTAS21, promoviendo el control de posibles riesgos psicosociales de trabajo. Este estudio plantea mejoras, para identificar y prevenir riesgos asociados a las tareas rutinarias, adicionalmente para elaborar un cronograma de capacitaciones, a fin de involucrar al personal en el tema de riesgo psicosocial, mejorando la cultura en prevención y el debido control de Riesgos Laborales de la Empresa.
This project proposes to identify and evaluate the psychosocial risk factors, focused on the drives of Pedro Carbo Transport Cooperative. Since it is necessary to reduce and control the risks the drives are exposed, and, improving working conditions, with the objective of analyzing the psychosocial risks present in the routine operations to which drivers go. Therefore, was proceeded to identify these risks, using the methodology of identification and assessment of occupational risks of the Trade Union Institute for Work, Environment and Health, ISTAS21, promoting the control of possible psychosocial work risks. This study proposes improvements to identify and prevent risks associated with routine tasks, in addition to preparing a training schedule, in order to involve staff in the psychosocial risk issue, improving the culture of prevention and due control of occupational risks, in the company.
