Influencia en la gestión técnica en el área de mantenimiento para Ingeniería en Sistemas Térmicos.

Abstract

El desarrollo del presente proyecto de titulación fue realizado en la empresa Ingeniería En Sistemas Térmicos S.A. la misma que se dedica a realizar mantenimiento e instalaciones de climatizadores de aire; donde se puede observar claramente las condiciones sub estándar a las cuales están expuestos sus colaboradores al momento de realizar las actividades que se deben realizar para realizar su trabajo, llegando a tener riesgos laborales no evaluados, lo que puede ocasionar serios accidentes. Por lo cual el objetivo de este trabajo es poder hacerlos comprender la importancia de la seguridad industrial dentro y fuera de la empresa debido a que conlleva varios beneficios no solo a sus colaboradores sino también a sus clientes y visitantes. Y así puedan tomar conciencia de lo que puede suceder en caso de hacer correcciones pertinentes.
