Resumen
El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo principal: analizar el impacto de las políticas públicas en el desarrollo económico local en el Cantón San Jacinto de Yaguachi. El diseño de investigación que se plasmó en el estudio fue de índole, no experimental, ya que no se pretendía manipular las variables a conveniencia del autor, por el contrario, se mantuvo la objetividad a lo largo de la investigación. La estructura del estudio está compuesta por cuatro capítulos situados bajo el método deductivo, tal como se presenta a continuación: en el Capítulo I – Antecedentes de la investigación – se realiza el planteamiento del ¿qué? ¿por qué? y ¿cómo? con el objetivo de familiarizar al lector con la investigación presente. Dentro del Capítulo II – Fundamentación teórica – se establece la base teórica sobre que la se sustenta el estudio realizado, es decir constan las teorías, conceptos y aportes referentes al desarrollo económico, desarrollo económico local y políticas públicas. Por otro lado, el Capítulo III – Políticas públicas y desarrollo económico local en el Ecuador – se muestra la mayor parte del contexto en las que se desenvuelve las políticas públicas y bajo qué forma se busca incidir en el desarrollo económico local en el país. En el Capítulo IV – Políticas públicas en el desarrollo económico local del Cantón San Jacinto de Yaguachi – se realiza el análisis micro de la investigación, es decir en este apartado se cubrirá el objetivo principal establecido. Y finalmente, se realiza la apreciación por parte del autor mediante conclusiones y recomendaciones
The main objective of this research study is to analyze the impact of public policies on local economic development in the San Jacinto Canton of Yaguachi. The research design that was embodied in the study was of a non-experimental nature, since it was not intended to manipulate the variables at the convenience of the author; on the contrary, objectivity was maintained throughout the investigation. The structure of the study is composed of four chapters located under the deductive method, as presented below: in Chapter I - Antecedents of the research - the "what" approach is carried out. why? and how? with the aim of familiarizing the reader with the present investigation. Within Chapter II - Theoretical foundation - the theoretical basis on which the study is based is established, that is, the theories, concepts and contributions related to economic development, local economic development and public policies. On the other hand, Chapter III - Public Policies and Local Economic Development in Ecuador - shows most of the context in which public policies are developed and in what form it seeks to influence local economic development in the country. In Chapter IV - Public policies in the local economic development of the San Jacinto Canton of Yaguachi - the micro analysis of the research is carried out, that is, in this section the main objective established will be covered. And finally, an appreciation is made by the author through conclusions and recommendations
