Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como fin analizar la incidencia de la Ley Orgánica de la Economía Popular y Solidaria (LOEPS) en el Valle de Intag perteneciente a la provincia de Imbabura para describir y verificar a través de diferentes métodos de investigación sí en el Valle de Intag sus pobladores han mejorado sus estándares de vida por medio de la creación de diferentes asociaciones, constituidas bajo los principios que rigen la LOEPS. De igual forma, se estudiará el caso de la Corporación de Productores de Intag Leche (CORPIL); pues se considera que esta asociación es una de las bases fundamentales para el desarrollo local y social del Valle de Intag, ya que, según la opinión de los habitantes de esta comunidad, CORPIL ha incrementado el nivel de ingresos de los productores de leche de la zona al pagarles un precio justo por el producto de calidad que expenden; lo cual no ocurría antes de la creación de este centro de acopio
The purpose of this research work is to analyze the incidence of the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy (LOEPS) in the Intag Valley belonging to the province of Imbabura to describe and verify through different research methods in the Valley of Intag its residents have improved their standards of living through the creation of different associations, established under the principles that govern the LOEPS. In the same way, the case of the Intag Milk Producers Corporation (CORPIL) will be studied; It is considered that this association is one of the fundamental bases for the local and social development of the Intag Valley, since, according to the opinion of the inhabitants of this community, CORPIL has increased the income level of the milk producers of the zone by paying them a fair price for the quality product they sell; which did not happen before the creation of this collection center
