Incidencia de las tics de software libre en el nivel cognitivo de los estudiantes del noveno año de Educación General Básica, en el área de Estudios Sociales.

Resumen
La investigación realizada propone la creación de un sitio web con
múltiples elementos multimedia para la asignatura de Estudios Sociales, y
facilitar la enseñanza de la información que se encuentra en el bloque 5 y
el manejo de las destrezas con criterio de desempeño que exige el
currículo educativo nacional, desde sus necesidades educativas
especiales no asociadas a una discapacidad. Además fomentar a los
docentes el interés por las herramientas tecnológicas online que tienen
las instituciones educativas en el siglo XXI. Toda la información del
proyecto se fundamenta teóricamente en las variables del problema; Las
TIC`S de software libre y el desarrollo del nivel cognitivo regidas por el
cuadro de operacionalización de las variables con sus respectivas
dimensiones e indicadores. El tipo de investigación que se utilizó fue
mixta, exploratoria–descriptiva, con métodos inductivos y deductivos que
facilitaron conocer la falta de conocimiento que poseen los docentes y
estudiantes sobre la problemática, se aplicaron técnicas e instrumentos
de recolección de datos; tales como encuestas, observaciones dentro del
salón de clase con indicadores claves en el desarrollo de la asignatura de
Estudios Sociales y por último se dialogó con los docentes sobre el
desempeño académico y comportamiento de los estudiantes ante la
utilización de herramientas tecnológicas online. Con los resultados
obtenidos en los diferentes instrumentos aplicados en la investigación se
comprobó que existe la necesidad de mejora en la vía online dentro la
institución Nueva Aurora con los estudiantes de noveno año de Educación
General Básica.
The research proposes the creation of a website with multiple multimedia elements for the subject of Social Studies, and facilitate the teaching of the information found in block 5 and the management of the skills with performance criterion required by the national educational curriculum, from their special educational needs not associated with a disability. In addition, to encourage teachers to take an interest in the online technological tools that educational institutions have in the 21 century. All project information is theoretically based on the variables of the problem; The ICTs of free software and the development of the cognitive level governed by the table of operations of the variables with their respective dimensions and indicators. The type of research that was used was mixed, exploratory-descriptive, with inductive and deductive methods that facilitated knowing the lack of knowledge that teachers and students have about the problem, techniques and data collection instruments were applied; such as surveys, observations within the classroom with key indicators in the development of the subject of Social Studies, and finally, dialogue with teachers about the academic performance and behavior of students before the use of online technological tools. With the results obtained in the different instruments applied in the research, it was verified that there is a need for technological improvement via online within the institution New Aurora with the ninth year students of General Basic Education.
