why an endodontically treated tooth has a year a symptoms ? First let's talk about the postoperative pain or that occurs after being carried or endodontic treatment duct . This is one of the most common queries in our patients . Ending the anesthesia used by the professional in the time of treatment and subsequent days, can happen several things . One reason is because of pain in the treated part and especially to bite on it. Feel the tooth ¨ ¨ higher than others, and consequently running into the rest of the teeth before closing the mouth. Another cause is inflammation of the gum surrounding the tooth or neighboring area to face her (this is not very common but it happens occasionally). Also the pain and inflammation of the gums and occasionally the face , may be due to bacteria and drive tissue debris or material from the root canal through the root ( tip ) of the neighboring areas during the treatment, causing a reaction of the body to defend that results in swelling and pain. These aches and pains can occur for various reasons such as fractures treated tooth or part of it , incorrectly performing endodontics dental ducts being untreated or insufficiently and can also be taken for chronic infectious diseases (abscess ) in the surrounding bone. For these reasons it is very important post- endodontic revision to avoid subsequent problems.
