Resumen
La relación normativa en ámbito global de este tipo de temas como es el aborto ya que es oportuno en estos tiempos tratar de dar solución a ciertos problemas que derivan de él, sabiendo que siempre abran contradicciones de una parte amparar la vida o amparar los derechos de libertad sexual y reproductiva que tenemos los ecuatorianos amparados en la misma constitución de la república del Ecuador misma que a l mismo tiempo vela por los derechos a la vida con esto vemos que todos dos derechos se establecen y son de importancia, al mismo tiempo que el código integral penal tipifica este tema como delito dejando a la mujer que no tenga discapacidad mental afectada y discriminada bajo este articulado.
The normative relationship in a global scope of this type of issues such as abortion, since it is appropriate in these times to try to solve certain problems that derive from it, knowing that they always open contradictions on one side protecting life or protecting the rights of sexual and reproductive freedom that we Ecuadorians have in the same constitution of the Republic of Ecuador itself that at the same time ensures the rights to life. With this we see that all two rights are established and are important, at the same time as the code criminal integral typifies this issue as a crime leaving the woman who does not have mental disability affected and discriminated against under this article.
