The present research was developed in the grounds of Mrs. Yessenia Gómez Ruiz located in “La Seca” compound, Daule canton, Guayas province. The fully randomized Block Design was used with four repetitions. The treatments were treated seeds with Glumix, untreated seeds with Glumix, treated seeds with fungicide in the field, treated seeds swithout fungicide in the field, untreated seeds without fungicide in the field and treated seeds with fungicide in the field. The following variables were evaluated: percentage of vain grains (%), percentage of Rhizoctonia (%), percentage of Gaeumanomyces (%), percentage of Bipolaris (%), percentage of spotting of grains (%), percentage of False charcoal (% ), percentage of white leaf (%), height of plant (cm), number of tillers / m2, number of panicles / m2, length of panicles (cm), grains / panicle (%), weight of 1000 seeds (g) , yield (kg / ha) and partial budget analysis. According to the results obtained, we came to the following conclusions: 1) The application of Glumix (mycorrhizae) to the treated seed presented the highest yield (6120 kg / ha); 2) The treated seed with Glumix (mycorrhizae) in doses of 1 kg reached the lowest percentage of vain grains (2.8%), Rhizoctonia (7.5%), Bipolaris (1.8%), false Coal (0.7%) and white leaf (2.6 %); 3) Treatment one (treated seed with Glumix) generated the highest marginal rate of return with 297.10%.
