Resumen
De acuerdo con el Código Orgánico Integral Penal (COIP), prescribió la conceptualización de los diferentes tipos de procedimientos especiales capítulo único sobre las clases de procedimientos, pero nos enfocaremos en el procedimiento abreviado. Es desde allí que comienza la investigación, enfocándonos directamente en el procedimiento abreviado; conceptualizándolos en el artículo 635 del mismo Código en vigencia habla acerca del Trámite a realizar en el procedimiento y en el artículo 637 habla sobre la audiencia según el COIP, se menciona el procedimiento Abreviado. En la actualidad no se valoran los derechos de los ciudadanos es por ello que se presentan tantos casos de robo en las calles, cuyos delincuentes no respetan los bienes del prójimo que les cuesta ser obtenido, mediante el trabajo, sino más bien tomando atribuciones para beneficiarse o en el peor de los casos para el consumo de vicios que no benefician en lo absoluto a la humanidad.
