Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación está dirigido a la comunidad de Palmar ubicado en la
Provincia de Santa Elena con la finalidad de crear un plan estratégico que ayude al desarrollo
social y sustentable, logrando incrementar la productividad empresarial de este sector en este
caso como es el turismo y aprovechar sus recursos naturales de una manera responsable
creando estrategias y eliminando aquellos factores que no permiten que la comuna tenga una
estabilidad económica, a la vez incentivar a los habitantes que deseen formar parte de este
desarrollo capacitándolos para que se encuentren preparados y puedan aportar ideas
innovadores que beneficien a la comunidad, con la creación del plan estratégico se podrá
obtener un sistema innovador que permitirá a los dirigentes de la comuna Palmar dirigir de
una manera responsable y actualizada y puedan cumplir paso a paso con las necesidades y
requerimientos que tiene la comuna, logrando ser potencial turístico favoreciendo a la
Provincia de Santa Elena y al país.
The present titling work is directed to the community of Palmar located in the Province of Santa Elena with the purpose of creating a strategic plan that helps social and sustainable development, achieving to increase the business productivity of this sector in this case as is tourism and take advantage of their natural resources in a responsible way creating strategies and eliminating those factors that do not allow the commune to have an economic stability, at the same time encouraging the inhabitants who wish to be part of this development by training them to be prepared and able to contribute ideas innovators that benefit the community, with the creation of the strategic plan you can obtain an innovative system that will allow the leaders of the community to lead Palmar in a responsible and upto- date manner and can meet step by step with the needs and requirements of the commune , managing to be a tourist potential favoring the Province of Santa Elena and the country.
