Investigación Cualitativa para establecer las principales causas que limitan el crecimiento de las Pymes

Abstract

En la actualidad los términos Pyme, emprendimiento y microempresa han tomado fuerza comparado con años anteriores en la ciudad de Guayaquil debido a diversos factores como alcanzar independencia, libertad, la falta de empleo entre otras, haciendo que cada vez tengan más presencia en el mercado pero muchas veces estas pequeñas empresas así como se van creando también se van limitando en su crecimiento hasta el borde del cierre. En el presente trabajo de investigación denominado: “Investigación Cualitativa para establecer las principales causas que limitan el crecimiento de las Pymes” en donde se busca conocer y determinar los factores que limitan el crecimiento de las Pymes mediante la búsqueda en la literatura y la investigación directa a microempresarios de la ciudad de Guayaquil. El primer capítulo se enfocó en el planteamiento del problema, luego se estableció los objetivos para el tema seguido de la justificación y delimitación del lugar donde se efectuó la investigación. A continuación en el capítulo dos se procedió a examinar investigaciones anteriores similares para la obtención de conceptos que nos permitió establecer el marco conceptual donde se incluyen teorías acerca del crecimiento de las empresas. Luego se procedió a la identificación del marco contextual de esta investigación haciendo referencia al lugar donde se realizó dicho estudio. Después tenemos en el capítulo tres donde se procedió a darle un enfoque cualitativo a la investigación, se estableció la metodología, las técnicas y herramientas necesarias para determinar la población y la muestra donde una vez identificada se empleó la entrevista como medio de recolección de información que nos ayudó posteriormente para su análisis. Finalmente en el capítulo cuatro una vez obtenida la información requerida para su estudio se detalló las conclusiones correspondientes al análisis de los resultados obtenidos a través de las entrevistas con sus respectivas conclusiones de los factores que limitan el crecimiento de las Pymes determinando cuales son los más comunes.

The first chapter focused on the approach to the problem, then established the objectives for the subject followed by justification and delimitation of the place where the investigation was carried out. Then in chapter two we proceeded to examine similar previous research to obtain concepts that allowed us to establish the conceptual framework that includes theories about the growth of companies. Then we proceeded to identify the contextual framework of this research by referring to the place where the study was conducted. Then we have in chapter three where we proceeded to give a qualitative approach to research, established the methodology, techniques and tools needed to determine the population and sample where once identified the interview was used as a means of collecting information that helped us later for his analysis. Finally, in chapter four, once the information required for its study was obtained, the conclusions corresponding to the analysis of the results obtained through the interviews with their respective conclusions of the factors that limit the growth of the SMEs were determined, determining which are the most common. .
