Resumen
Las grandes ciudades por su ubicación geográfica, su economía y muchos otros factores
logran desarrollarse hasta convertirse en ciudades élites con un gran número de población.
Este es el caso de Guayaquil, la ciudad más grande del Ecuador y su motor económico. El
ritmo en el que se desenvuelve la ciudad por su gran movimiento comercial genera problemas
en los hogares en los que los padres no disponen del tiempo necesario para pasar con sus
hijos, quedando expuestos a la influencia de malas compañías, las drogas, pandillas, etc. Para
contrarrestar esta situación, es necesario la creación de un campamento de recreación y
vacacional en el que niños y jóvenes puedan pasar su tiempo libre desarrollando destrezas de
supervivencia al aire libre a la vez que desarrollan valores humanos indispensables para la
correcta formación de su carácter y personalidad. La presente investigación realizó estudios
en Guayaquil con la finalidad de determinar las necesidades de niños y adolescentes, a fin de
de conocer si constituía un mercado para comercializar el servicio de Campamento
vacacional. El diseño de la investigación se realizó bajo los enfoques cuantitativo y
cualitativo, utilizando los tipos de investigación exploratoria, descriptiva y de campo. Es
importante resaltar que Guayaquil recibe como residentes personas de diferentes partes del
país provenientes de áreas urbanas y rurales, e incluso del exterior, esto implica que se
generan diferentes realidades socio económicas en la urbe, por lo que en la investigación se
consideró la clase media para la elección de la muestra.
Los resultados del análisis de mercado arrojaron condiciones positivas para la
implementación de un campamento vacacional para niños y jóvenes; demostrándose que el
negocio es sustentable en el tiempo con porcentajes de rentabilidad atrayente para cualquier
inversionista.
Large cities due to their geographical location, economy and many other factors manage to develop into elite cities with a large population. This is the case of Guayaquil, the largest city in Ecuador and its economic engine. The pace at which the city develops due to its large commercial movement generates problems in homes where parents do not have the time to spend with their children, being exposed to the influence of bad companies, drugs, gangs, etc. . To counteract this situation, it is necessary to create a recreation and vacation camp in which children and young people can spend their free time developing outdoor survival skills while developing human values essential for the correct formation of their character and personality. The present investigation carried out studies in Guayaquil in order to determine the needs of children and adolescents, in order to know if it constituted a market to market the holiday camp service. The research design was carried out under the quantitative and qualitative approaches, using the types of exploratory, descriptive and field research. It is important to note that Guayaquil receives as residents people from different parts of the country from urban and rural areas, and even from abroad, this implies that different socioeconomic realities are generated in the city, which is why the research considered the middle class for the choice of the sample. The results of the market analysis yielded positive conditions for the implementation of a holiday camp for children and young people; demonstrating that the business is sustainable over time with percentages of attractive returns for any investor.
