Resumen
La gestión educativa tiene factores estructurales y económicos es por esto
que es fundamental que se dé especial importancia al liderazgo en todas
sus manifestaciones, toma de decisiones, comunicación y a las relaciones
humanas. Una gran realidad es que aquellas instituciones en la que se
trabaja con un excelente clima organizacional, conflictos mínimos, las
decisiones que se tomen correctamente y a tiempo, y los directivos tengan
atributos de líderes, los procesos educativos avanzan con calidad en
busca de la excelencia académica. La función del directivo es favorecer la
determinación de objetivos colectivos de la institución y propiciar los
medios adecuados para su logro. Es así que, para gestionar una escuela,
se requiere proyectar con claridad las metas, metodologías, objetivos y
acciones, de esta manera crear el ambiente adecuado para que cada
actor desempeñe la tarea con responsabilidad, empeño y eficiencia. Con
este proyecto de grado se procura analizar la gestión educativa en la
calidad del clima organizacional, mediante un estudio bibliográfico y de
campo, en este proceso se evidenció un ambiente inadecuado,
confrontación de criterios y presencia excesiva de conflictos no hay una
buena gestión por parte del directivo desempeñando una mala
organización propiciando que cada actor no cumpla con el rol
desempeñando funciones inapropiadas. Según el análisis obtenido se da
origen al diseño de un Manual Estratégico en Gestión Educativa y
mediante la ejecución de la misma nos dará los resultados propuestos
beneficiando a todos lo de la comunidad.

The role of the manager is to favor the determination of collective objectives of the institution and to promote the appropriate means for its achievement. Thus, to manage a school, it is necessary to clearly project goals and actions, to create the right environment for each actor to carry out the task responsibly and efficiently. This degree project aims to analyze the influence of educational management on the quality of the organizational climate, through a bibliographical and field study, in this process was evidenced an inadequate environment, confrontation of criteria and excessive presence of conflicts since each actor Performs inappropriate functions.
