Las tic de software libre en la calidad de refuerzo académico del área de informática en la Educación en los estudiantes de primero del nivel de Bachillerato General Unificado De La Unidad Educativa Pablo Hanníbal Vela, provincia del Guayas, cantón Guayaquil, parroquia García Moreno Período lectivo 2015-2016.

Resumen
El presente proyecto trata sobre las TIC de software libre en la calidad
de refuerzo académico en los estudiantes de primer año de bachillerato
general unificado en la unidad educativa Pablo Hanníbal Vela; por lo cual
el investigador ha detectado que es muy importante el uso de las TIC de
software libre dentro del salón de clases, de esta manera se evitando la
rutina y la improvisación. Para alcanzar este propósito se presentan
actividades, apoyadas con las TIC de software libre que despierten en los
estudiantes el interés, curiosidad y así mejorar la calidad a través del
refuerzo académico; durante el presente proceso de investigación se
realizó un estudio bibliográfico cuando se recolectó información relevante
para sustentar las bases teóricas del presente estudio, también se efectuó
una investigación de campo con la finalidad de describir el nivel académico
en los alumnos del primer año de bachillerato general unificado de la
Unidad educativa antes mencionada, ubicada en la Zona 8, Distrito 09D03,
provincia Guayas, cantón Guayaquil, parroquia García Moreno, periodo
lectivo 2015-2016. Para la recolección de datos se realizó una encuesta a
la comunidad educativa. Los resultados evidenciaron que para los docentes
y estudiantes es de suma importancia el diseño de una página multimedia
educativa. Direccionada a mejorar la calidad del refuerzo académico en la
institución educativa en mención, ayudando a mejorar la capacidad de
razonamiento de los educandos lo cual es beneficioso para todas las áreas
de los saberes disciplinares que se imparten en la institución, lo que
evidenciaría que es necesario el potenciar el uso de la aplicación
multimedia en los educandos del plantel.
This project deals with free software TIC in the quality of academic reinforcement in first year students of unified general baccalaureate Pablo Hanníbal Vela; so the researcher has detected that it is very important to use free software TIC in the classroom, thus avoiding routine and improvisation. To achieve this purpose, activities are presented, supported by free software TIC that awaken students interest, curiosity and thus improve quality through academic reinforcement; during the present research process a bibliographic study was carried out when relevant information was gathered to support the theoretical bases of the present study, also a field research was carried out with the purpose of describing the academic level in the first year students of unified general baccalaureate of the Educational Unit mentioned above is located in Zone 8, District 09D03, Guayas province, Guayaquil canton, Garcia Moreno Parish, school year 2015-2016. For data collection, a survey was conducted to the educational community. The results showed that the design of an educational multimedia page is of paramount importance for teachers and students. Aimed at improving the quality of the academic reinforcement in the mentioned educational institution, helping to improve the capacity of reasoning of the students which is beneficial for all the areas of the disciplinary knowledge that is imparted in the institution, which would show that it is necessary to promote the use of the multimedia application in the students of the Institution before mentioned.
