Resumen
El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la creación de una Guía didáctica
acerca de las técnicas lúdicas sociales basada en actividades
pedagógicas, que permita un mejor desempeño académico en los
estudiantes del octavo grado de educación general básica superior, de la
unidad educativa “Dr. Leónidas García Ortiz”, desarrollando así la calidad
de las relaciones interpersonales. Está compuesto por un marco teórico
que contiene antecedentes de estudio, y teorías que fueron trabajadas y
analizadas mediante las consultas bibliográficas que presentan una
orientación pedagógica, psicológica, social y legal, en base al desarrollo de
las variables de la investigación, teniendo como resultado mejorar el
rendimiento académico y personal. La Investigación realizada tiene un
enfoque cualitativo y está basada en métodos tanto empíricos, como
estadísticos que permiten una recopilación adecuada de los datos y una
interpretación coherente para la identificación de la problemática. Razón
por la cual fue preciso obtener un material formativo dirigido a todo el
personal docente para que puedan adquirir conocimientos que pueden ser
ejecutados en el aula de clases, con el que se espera aportar
elocuentemente en el fortalecimiento pedagógico de los estudiantes, para
mejorar el progreso de las relaciones interpersonales, además se planteó
un objetivo general: Determinar las Técnicas Lúdicas en la calidad de las
relaciones interpersonales mediante un estudio bibliográfico, análisis
estadístico y de campo, para el diseño de una guía didáctica, de esta
manera se puede decir que se aplicaron los métodos investigativos
bibliográfico, estadístico, de campo, cualitativo y la observación.
The main objective of the project is the creation of a didactic guide about the social recreational techniques based on pedagogical activities, which will allow a better academic performance in the students of the eighth grade of basic general higher education, of the educational unit "Dr. Leónidas García Ortiz ", thus developing the quality of interpersonal relationships. It is composed of a theoretical framework that contains antecedents of study, and theories that were worked and analyzed by the bibliographical consultations that present a pedagogical, psychological, social and legal orientation, based on the development of the variables of the investigation, with the result of improving Academic and personal performance. The research carried out has a qualitative approach and is based on both empirical and statistical methods that allow an adequate collection of data and a coherent interpretation for the identification of the problem. Reason why it was necessary to obtain a training material aimed at all the teaching staff so that they can acquire knowledge that can be executed in the classroom, with which it is expected to contribute eloquently in the pedagogical strengthening of the students, to improve the progress Of interpersonal relations. In addition, a general objective was established: To determine the play techniques in the quality of interpersonal relationships through a bibliographic study, statistical and field analysis, for the design of a didactic guide, in this way it can be said that Applied research methods bibliographical, statistical, field, qualitative and observation.
