Resumen
Las pacientes que asisten y presentan esta complicación en el embarazo como es la preeclampsia muchas desconocen los factores e indicativos que si no es tratada a tiempo sería un desencadenante muchas veces a la pérdida del bebe o su vida. Para algunos, el impacto del desencadenante a corto plazo siendo determinantes que ninguna embarazada quisiera pasar, hay decisiones que se deben de tomar apresuradamente para salvar su vida. Por lo que el objetivo de nuestra investigación es Determinar las causas de preeclampsia en las pacientes que acuden al triaje del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil. Mediante la aplicación de la metodología cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo transversal utilizando métodos analítico, lógico los cuales permite conocer la naturalidad del causal, conocimiento de las mujeres gestantes acerca de la preeclampsia aplicado en la población de estudios tuvo una muestra de 50 gestantes que asisten a triaje de la unidad hospitalaria, mediante la encuesta directa, con un consentimiento informado firmado por los sujeto de investigación, la realización de la tabulación de los datos obtenidos en las encuestas, estableciendo los resultados, que si existen mujeres con indicativos de riego para preeclampsia nuestra investigación concluye fomentando la importancia en mantener el control constante para que esta patología producida por desencadenantes no afecten de manera total en el desarrollo de su embarazo y salud, siendo que se puedan desenvolverse de forma normal durante el tiempo que resta a la gestación, sin tener que ser comprometida su salud y a la vez brindar confort a su salud para una culminación óptima para un nacimiento saludable.
The patients who attend and present this complication in pregnancy such as preeclampsia, many are unaware of the factors and indicative that if not treated in time would be a trigger many times to the loss of the baby or his life. For some, the impact of the trigger in the short term being determinants that no pregnant woman would like to pass, there are decisions that must be taken hastily to save her life. Therefore, the objective of our research is to determine the causes of preeclampsia in patients attending the triage of the University Hospital of Guayaquil. Through the application of quantitative methodology, cross-sectional descriptive type using analytical, logical methods which allows knowing the naturalness of the causal, knowledge of pregnant women about preeclapsis applied in the study population had a sample of 50 pregnant women attending triage of the hospital unit, through the direct survey, with an informed consent signed by the research subjects, the tabulation of the data obtained in the surveys, establishing the results, that if there are women with indicative of irrigation for preeclapsis our investigation concludes by promoting the importance of maintaining constant control so that this pathology caused by triggers does not affect in a total way in the development of pregnancy and health, being that they can function normally during the time remaining in pregnancy, without having to be compromised your health and at the same time bri Comfort your health for an optimal culmination for a healthy birth.
