Factores que influyen en el tratamiento de tuberculosis en pacientes del Hospital Dr. Alfredo Valenzuela 2017-2018

Resumen
El objetivo de la presente investigación es identificar los factores que más influyen en el tratamiento antifimico en los pacientes del hospital neumológico “Dr. Alfredo Valenzuela”. Se realizó un estudio transversal con un enfoque prospectivo y longitudinal no experimental donde se analizaron los porcentajes de acuerdo a la encuesta realizada. Entre los resultados se encontró que los factores que más influyen en el tratamiento es el sexo, con un 69% los hombres son más predispuestos al incumplimiento del tratamiento, la edad los pacientes entre la edad de 20 y 40 años tienen un porcentaje de 46%, el estado civil los pacientes que se encuentran solteros con 38% y divorciados con 35% presentaron más probabilidad de no terminar su tratamiento, la falta de conocimiento se evidencio un 62%, el no tener apoyo familiar durante la enfermedad y el tratamiento con un 54% y la aparición de reacciones adversar al ingerir el tratamiento, el ardor estomacal un 54% y las náuseas con un 31%. Por todos los porcentajes antes mencionados de planteo elaborar un plan de acción encaminada a disminuir los factores que inciden en el incumplimiento del tratamiento.
The objective of the research is to identify the factors that most influence the antifungal treatment in the patients of the "Alfredo Valenzuela" pulmonary hospital. A cross-sectional study was carried out with a non-experimental prospective and longitudinal approach where the percentages were analyzed according to the survey conducted. Among the results, it was found that the factors that most influence the treatment is sex, with 69% men being more predisposed to non-compliance with treatment, the age of patients between the ages of 20 and 40 having a percentage of 46% , marital status patients who are single with 38% and divorced with 35% were more likely to not finish their treatment, the lack of knowledge was evidenced by 62%, the lack of family support during the illness and the treatment with 54% and the appearance of adverse reactions when ingesting the treatment, the heartburn by 54% and the nausea with 31% . For all the aforementioned percentages I propose to elaborate an action plan aimed at reducing the factors that affect the noncompliance of the treatment.
