Resumen
Ecuador por muchos años se ha relacionado en el ámbito comercial como un país
agroexportador, con esta pauta el gobierno apuesta a cambiar dicho esquema de productividad,
para ello implementa el cambio de matriz productiva; si bien es cierto que la idea suena
interesante es una gran responsabilidad de todos los actores para lograr que se concrete tal
sistema. Para realizar dicho cambio se hace necesario una serie de cambios en normativas que
permitan el acceso de recursos ya sean estos materiales, humanos y económicos. Es allí donde
se debe también de elegir socios estratégicos para ello Corea del Sur es un buen referente de
cómo ha conseguido situarse a partir de la siglo XXI en muchos mercados internacionales, cabe
indicar que el país asiático tiene una alta dotación de desarrollo científico y conocimiento en
tecnología de punta haciendo interesante su cooperación para lograr el tan ansiado cambio de
la matriz productiva y que refleje en cifras significativas en las arcas del Estado, la presente
investigación trata sobre este tema de mucha relevancia ha sido elaborado por un alumno de la
Universidad de Guayaquil como requisito previo a la incorporación de Ingeniero en Comercio
Exterior y está a disposición de quien lo requiera.

It should be noted that the Asian country has a high level of scientific development and knowledge. in cutting-edge technology making its cooperation interesting to achieve the long-awaited change in the productive matrix and reflecting in significant figures in the coffers of the State, this research deals with this issue of great importance has been developed by a student at the University of Guayaquil as a prerequisite to the incorporation of an Engineer in Foreign Trade and is available to anyone who requires it.
