Rol de enfermería en pacientes con síndrome de abstinencia en el hospital General Guasmo Sur
Introducción La enfermedad de la adicción es una enfermedad multifactorial que perturba al individuo de forma física, mental y social, por lo cual el paciente debe ser atendido de forma multidisciplinaria. Es por ello que la entidades medicas tratan de manera continua y sistemática dicho problema social que afecta a la mayor parte de jóvenes, es aquí en donde el rol de la enfermera es muy significativo en la recuperación del paciente ya que en el proceso de desintoxicación se dejan de administrar las sustancias psicotrópicas, es aquí en donde aparecen una serie de síntomas psíquicos y físicos que crean un intenso malestar y pueden incitar la repetición del consumo a esto se le denomina síndrome de abstinencia. Objetivo describir el rol de enfermería en pacientes con síndrome de abstinencia. La Metodología utilizada es de enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo, y analítico ya que consto en la búsqueda de 14 artículos de base de datos las cuales fueron Scopus, Latindex, BVS y Scielo, de las cuales a través de estos portales se buscaron palabras claves como abstinencia en enfermería, drogodependencia en enfermería, cuidados en la abstinencia de drogas. Los resultados de los datos obtenidos se sacaron por medio de la revisión sistemática de artículos destacados del papel que desarrolla la enfermera en pacientes con síndrome de abstinencia, en donde se sacaron datos generales que engloban la atención brindada por parte del personal y datos de enfermería del cual se destaca el rol de la enfermera en estos casos. Como Conclusión según los resultados arrojados se evidenció que estar sujeto a las intervenciones de enfermería, así como una mayor estabilidad en los programas, se relacionan con mejor satisfacción con los cuidados de enfermería, asimismo, se determinó que la falta de capacidad profesional y humanitaria dificulta el enfoque para la aproximación adecuada en donde se dificulta el enfoque de la sociedad que está buscando tratamiento para la adicción de otras drogas. Se recomienda que el personal de enfermería se capacite y actualice periódicamente en técnicas para el manejo de dificultades en el enfoque para la aproximación y tratamiento de cada paciente que lo requiera.
The disease of addiction is a multifactorial disease that disturbs the individual physically, mentally and socially, for which the patient must be treated in a multidisciplinary manner. That is why the medical entities continuously and systematically treat this social problem that affects most of young people, this is where the role of the nurse is very significant in the recovery of the patient since in the detoxification process they stop administering psychotropic substances, this is where they appear a series of psychic and physical symptoms that create an intense discomfort and can encourage the repetition of consumption, this is called abstinence syndrome. Objective to describe the role of nursing in patients with withdrawal syndrome. The methodology used is a qualitative, descriptive, and analytical approach since it consisted in the search of 14 database articles which were Scopus, Latindex, VHL and Scielo, from which through these portals were searched key words such as abstinence in nursing, drug addiction in nursing, care in drug abstinence. The results of the obtained data were obtained through the systematic review of highlighted articles of the role developed by the nurse in patients with withdrawal syndrome, where general data were collected that include the attention provided by the staff and nursing data of the which highlights the role of the nurse in these cases. Conclusion According to the results showed that being subject to nursing interventions, as well as greater stability in the programs, are related to better satisfaction with nursing care, also, it was determined that the lack of professional and humanitarian capacity makes the approach to the adequate approach where the approach of the society that is seeking treatment for the addiction of other drugs is difficult. It is recommended that the nursing staff be trained and periodically updated in techniques for the management of difficulties in the approach to the approach and treatment of each patient that requires it.
