Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación con el tema Incidencias de los Costos de
Importaciones en los Procesos Logísticos en la empresa TECNOVIAS S.A. analizó la
problemática que enfrentaba la compañía y que consistía en la falta de un departamento
responsable de las operaciones del comercio exterior. Por eso se planteó como objetivo la
creación de un departamento que aportará a la reducción de los costos de importación. Para
ello, se determinaron las bases teóricas que permitieron el óptimo desarrollo y organización
de la investigación. Por otro lado, el levantamiento de los datos se realizó mediante la
encuesta y entrevista dirigidas a los empleados del área de importaciones de la empresa. La
información recolectada sirvió para realizar el desarrollo de la propuesta con los respectivos
lineamientos que cubrían las necesidades de la institución entre los cuales se destaca la
creación de un manual de procesos para el departamento de importaciones.
The present work of investigation with the topic Incidences of the Costs of Imports in the Logistic Processes in the company TECNOVIAS S.A. analyzed the problems faced by the company and that consisted in the lack of a department responsible for foreign trade operations. That's why the creation of a department that would contribute to the reduction of import costs was proposed. For this, the theoretical bases that allowed the optimal development and organization research were determined. On the other hand, the data were collected through the survey and interview aimed at employees in the company's import area. The information collected served to carry out the development of the proposal with the respective guidelines that covered the needs of the institution, among which the creation of a process manual for the import department stands out.
