Root canal therapy seeks to eliminate the microorganisms, and its products, root canals, the same can found in varying degrees free colonizing the walls thereof or dentinal tubules in the apical hole up. It is important to know the microbiota in periapical infections and periodontal and antimicrobial which is susceptible to before initiating pharmacotherapy of systemic infections endoperiodontales. A necrotic pulp can be discovered by the painless penetration pulp chamber during preparation of a cavity or its foul smell although there is a cavity or cavities in most cases by under a filling. Although much of these microorganisms can be eliminated biomechanical preparation during this does not reach all the system ducts. In this sense, the presence of contaminated debris can derail treatment.
