Resumen
Los inventarios en las empresas comerciales representan aproximadamente un 50% de total de activos, por tal motivo es un área muy sensible para los negocios que se dedican a esta actividad empresarial, la errónea administración del abastecimiento origina que los recursos monetarios puedan ser mal utilizados en el desarrollo de las actividades comerciales, financieras y operativas de la institución, objeto de estudio. La optimización de los recursos que posee la empresa en esta área, es decir; inventarios ayudara a la administración del negocio tener instrumentos para una adecuada gestión lo que repercute directa y positivamente la parte financiera del negocio. La empresa objeto de estudio, permitirá la utilización de sus datos con la condición de no revelar el nombre real de la misma, lo llamaremos Snacks, la investigación comprenderá el ejercicio económico 2017. Aumentar los beneficios económicos de la empresa Snacks S.A. estableciendo el impacto de la carencia de los costos de abastecimiento de los inventarios por medio de una Gestión de Inventarios en la provincia de los Ríos 2017. La metodología a aplicar en el presente trabajo de investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, porque se manejará información de las circunstancias propias de Snacks S.A., referente a los diferentes costos de abastecimientos de los inventarios. Esta investigación es de campo, de tipo descriptivo y analítico, todo el trabajo de indagación concerniente al objeto de estudio se llevará a cabo en el entorno natural donde ocurren las transacciones; es decir, en las instalaciones de la empresa Snacks S.A., ubicada en el cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos, se analizará la información primaria que obtendremos para identificar alternativas de solución.
Inventories in commercial companies represent approximately 50% of total assets, for this reason it is a very sensitive area for businesses that are engaged in this business activity, the mismanagement of supply causes that monetary resources can be misused in the development of commercial, financial and operational activities of the institution, object of study. The optimization of the resources that the company has in this area, that is to say; Inventories will help the business administration to have instruments for an adequate management which directly and positively impacts the financial part of the business. The company under study, will allow the use of their data with the condition of not revealing the real name of it, we will call it Snacks, the investigation will include the fiscal year 2017. Increase the economic benefits of the company Snacks S.A. establishing the impact of the lack of supply costs of inventories through Inventory Management in the province of Los Ríos 2017. The methodology to be applied in this research work has a qualitative and quantitative approach, because information will be handled of the own circumstances of Snacks SA, referring to the different costs of supplies of the inventories. This investigation is of field, of descriptive and analytical type, all the work of inquiry concerning the object of study will be carried out in the natural environment where the transactions occur; that is to say, in the facilities of the company Snacks S.A., located in the Babahoyo county, province of Los Ríos, the primary information that we will obtain to identify alternative solutions will be analyzed.
