Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como fin poder determinar el perfil epidemiológico y perfil clínico de Histoplasmosis en personas con VIH fase SIDA en el Hospital De Infectología. “Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña”. Para de esta manera poder relacionar la alta relación que existe entre el SIDA e Histoplasmosis, a diferencia de otras micosis oportunistas, en nuestro medio. Los documentos en los que se realizó el estudio está dado en base a la recolección de datos los cuales se obtuvieron de las historias clínicas de pacientes que se atienden en el Área de Anfotericina con diagnóstico confirmado de VIH/SIDA e Histoplasmosis Pulmonar en el año 2016. También tomando en cuenta las fases en la se encontraba los pacientes, la sintomatología entre la fase aguda y la crónica, los métodos de diagnóstico más usados, la complicaciones que presentaban la y en aquellos que presentaron la etapa aguda, observar y registrar a quienes progresaron hasta la cronicidad, tomar en cuenta la importancia del uso de los antirretrovirales en dichos pacientes. Las similitudes que guarda con otras patologías por su clínica una de ella es la Tuberculosis pulmonar.
The purpose of this titration work is to determine the epidemiological profile and clinical profile of Histoplasmosis in people with HIV AIDS phase at the Infectious Disease Hospital. "Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña." In this way we can relate the high relationship that exists between AIDS and Histoplasmosis, unlike other opportunistic mycosis, in our environment. The documents in which the study was conducted are based on the collection of data which were obtained from the clinical records of patients treated in the Amphotericin Area with a confirmed diagnosis of HIV / AIDS and Pulmonary Histoplasmosis in 2016 Also taking into account the phases in which the patients were, the symptomatology between the acute and chronic phases, the most used diagnostic methods, the complications that presented it and in those that presented the acute stage, observe and register those progressed to chronicity, take into account the importance of the use of antiretrovirals in such patients. The similarities that it has with other pathologies due to its clinic, one of them, is Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
