Resumen
En el ambiente social actual, la comunicación en tiempo real con datos
actualizados ha pasado de ser una herramienta a una necesidad, las
instituciones académicas basan la calidad de sus gestiones en la rapidez
de ejecución de sus procesos.
Por tanto se cita la problemática de una institución de amplia trayectoria
como lo es la Universidad de Guayaquil, que a más de ser una entidad
del Estado, que actualmente es la institución educativa de nivel superior
mayor número de profesionales le brinda a la sociedad, por tanto las
gestiones requeridas a nivel administrativo son de un alto volumen.
La exigencia académica e institucional, que actualmente se ve
evaluada y monitoreada para acceder a la acreditación involucra
además a la comunicación organizacional la cual se ve sujeta a
cambios necesarios en el ISAC, parte de la Facultad de Ciencias
administrativas y la opinión del personal docente que a diario debe recibir
notificaciones de índole administrativo o académico sustenta el presente
proyecto que busca la implementación de un sistema virtual para la
realización de comunicaciones por voz IP.
La factibilidad de ejecución se basa en el uso constante de dispositivos
inteligentes para trabajar o comunicarse, lo cual se constituye como puntos
de contacto entre el personal docente con la institución, cuyo acceso es
ilimitado geográficamente.
In the current social environment, real-time communication with updated data has evolved from a tool to a need, academic institutions base the quality of their efforts in the speed of execution of its processes. Therefore the problem of an institution with broad experience cited as is the University of Guayaquil, which besides being a government entity, which is currently the educational institution of higher level more professionals gives society, both administratively steps involved are of a high volume. Academic and institutional demand, which currently is evaluated and monitored to access the accreditation also involves organizational communication which is subject to necessary changes in the ISAC, part of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and the opinion of teaching staff daily should be notified of administrative or academic nature supports this project that seeks the implementation of a virtual system to carry IP voice communications. The feasibility of implementation is based on the constant use of smart devices to work or communicate, which is established as points of contact between teaching staff with the institution, whose access is unlimited geographically.
