Violación a los derechos constitucionales en el procedimiento directo, en flagrancia, porte de armas.

Resumen
Los procedimientos directos en flagrancias es un tema en que analizaremos las
violaciones a los derechos constitucionales que se vienen dando con este
procedimiento más que servir para reducir y evacuar causas en el menor tiempo
posible; ha sido de violación consecutiva al debido proceso, la tutela judicial efectiva,
los derechos establecidos en la constitución, en otras palabras que el procedimiento
directo en flagrancia no tiene concordancia con la norma suprema y se contrapone a
la misma Ley Penal. El procedimiento en su amplio contexto revisando las falencias
atribuidas para dar un cambio a un mal que viene dándose sin tener la oportunidad
de poder resarcir a los imputados la vulneración que ha sido objeto. Se ve la
necesidad de adaptar este procedimiento a las normas constitucionales, de tal
manera podríamos dar paso a un nuevo procedimiento con un marco jurídico que
baya subordinado a la constitución
The direct proceedings in Spanish are an issue that analyzes the violations of constitutional rights that have been given with this method but that serve to reduce and evacuate the causes in the shortest possible time; has been a violation of the process, the effective judicial protection, the rights established in the constitution, in other words that the procedure in flagrancy does not have concordance with the supreme norm and is opposed to the same Criminal Law. The procedure in its broad context that reviews the shortcomings attributed to give a change an evil that comes giving without having the opportunity to be able to rescue to the imputed the violation that has been object. See the need to adapt this procedure to the constitutional rules, in such a way possible to give way to a new procedure with a legal framework that is subordinate to the constitution
