Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como propósito la de investigación la influencia
de los hábitos alimenticios culturales en la calidad del rendimiento escolar
en los estudiantes de primer año de bachillerato aplicaciones informáticas.
El desarrolló investigativo del proyecto tomo como base, las diversas
fundamentaciones teóricas y diferentes definiciones recolectadas en el
panorama internacional como en el nacional, en búsqueda de los
resultados favorables para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, en la Unidad
Educativa Palestina. Se han utilizado métodos de investigación apropiados,
y diferentes tipos de investigación como la bibliográfica y de campo para su
efecto; a través de la aplicación de la ficha de diagnóstico, del desarrollo de
las indagaciones y de las conclusiones recogidas a partir de la aplicación
de las encuestas a estudiantes y docentes que conciben que la influencia
de los hábitos alimenticios culturales si influyen en el aprendizaje de los
estudiantes, se diagnostica la necesidad de incursionar con un Sitio Web
nutricional como apoyo para los representantes legales y docentes con
enfoque en destrezas con criterio de desempeño. El uso del Sitio Web
Nutricional de los alimentos representativo de las diferentes regiones de
Ecuador es un soporte para los hogares de los estudiantes porque la
información es relevante en relación al valor nutricional de cada uno de los
productos, para obtener un aprendizaje eficaz y eficiente. Este proyecto se
ampara en el plan nacional del buen vivir y en la UNESCO que hace
referencia a verdaderos aportes a la educación de la cual se van a
beneficiar quienes conforman la unidad educativa con un solo fin hacer a
las futuras generaciones más competitivas.
The present project aims to investigate the influence of cultural eating habits on the quality of school performance in first year students of baccalaureate computer applications. He developed the research project of the project based on the various theoretical foundations and different definitions collected in the international as well as the national scenario, in search of the favorable results for student learning, in the Palestinian Educational Unit. Appropriate research methods, and different types of research, such as bibliographical and field research, have been used for their effect; Through the application of the diagnosis sheet, the development of the research and the conclusions gathered from the application of the surveys to students and teachers who conceive that the influence of cultural eating habits if they influence the learning of the Students are diagnosed the need to enter with a nutritional Web site as a support for legal representatives and teachers with a focus on performance criteria. The use of the Food Nutritional Web Site representative of the different regions of Ecuador is a support for the homes of the students because the information is relevant in relation to the nutritional value of each of the products, to obtain efficient and effective learning. This project is based on the national plan for good living and on UNESCO which refers to real contributions to education that will benefit those who make up the educational unit with a single purpose to make future generations more competitive.
