dirigida hacia delante y arriba.
The third molar begins to calcify between 7 or 8 years old, completing his training at age 20 , ie , having a great time active eruption . To erupt properly should follow an inclined path directed forwards and upwards. In this attempted eruption is not enough space and acquires an anomalous position that could alter the correct position of the teeth and erupted . Anatomical mandibular third molar region is given by the union of the ramus with the body of the mandible. Surgical removal of third molars , today is a common procedure in the field of oral surgery , starting with a correct radiographic analysis and clinical history as key steps to give a good diagnosis . It is not without complications , mechanical , nerve practice inflammatory and infectious . It is obvious that the best preventive treatment inflammation involves technically performing surgery correct , fast, clean and atraumatic as possible , using the products safer and more effective than gives us pharmacology.
