Resumen
Uno de los problemas que se observa en el desarrollo de una clase es la poca aportación
que produce el estudiante cuando se cuestiona el tema de estudio. Es así, que este trabajo
investigativo de campo está enfocado en evaluar las estrategias didácticas que emplea el
docente de Inglés de la Unidad Educativa de Fuerzas Armadas FAE N° 3 TAURA con los
estudiantes de 3° Bachillerato Unificado con el fin de diseñar una guía de estrategias
didácticas activas que fomente la participación interactiva del estudiante para que genere
análisis y criterio propio. Este producto final que es el pensamiento crítico sería de gran
aportación para los estudiantes en sus estudios universitarios. Se hizo uso de las técnicas de la
encuesta y de una ficha de observación para la obtención de información de los estudiantes de
3° Bachillerato Unificado y de los docentes. Con los resultados se evidencio que las
estrategias que el docente aplica en clase son de tipo unidireccional, es decir las actividades
son individuales, expositoras, de repetición y memorísticas. Sin embargo, los involucrados en
el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje del idioma Inglés muestran aceptación de poder
aplicarse estrategias que motiven al estudiante a ser parte de algo y no ser un mero
observador u oyente. El docente del área busca mejorar y fortalecer el aprendizaje del idioma
Inglés incentivando al estudiante a mejorar sus capacidades intelectuales para formar entes
constructores de conocimientos
One of the problems that teacher observes during the development of a class is the not too much contribution when the studied topic is challenged. That´s why this investigating work of field is focused on evaluating the didactic strategies that the English teacher of FAE N°3 TAURA Educational Unit applied to the students of 3rd Bachillerato General Unificado with the aim of designing an active didactic strategies guidebook in order that student´s interactive participation generate analysis and own criterion. The final product which is the critical thought would be of great contribution for the student in the university studies. It was used of the survey and observation class form techniques to get the students and teachers’ information. With this result which showed that the teacher’s strategies applied in the classroom are unidirectional type that is activities are individual, expository, of repetition and acquired by memory. However, the implicated people in the teaching- leaning process of the English language show approval of applying strategies which encourage the student to be a part of something and not to be just an observatory or listener. The teacher of the area attempts to get better and to strengthen the learning of the English language motivating to the student to improve his intellectual capacities to form constructor beings of knowledge
