Análisis de riesgos laborales e implementación del plan de seguridad e infraestructura en la Empresa de Plásticos Ecuatorianos S.A.

Resumen
Plásticos Ecuatorianos S.A. es una empresa que esta en crecimiento a
nivel estructural y a nivel global, se encuentra entre unas de las más
productivas del país, esto implica un mayor control en sus áreas de
trabajo ya sea administrativa y planta, ya que la empresa quedó
descuidada en la seguridad por el despido de su jefe encargado hasta ese
entonces. También no posee un departamento de seguridad industrial e
higiene industrial propia; sus funciones y/o actividades lo hace a través
del departamento financiero quien facilitaba un espacio para montar un
escritorio provisional. Esto conllevaba a situaciones incomodas para
trabajar. Además se noto que la mayoría de los accidentes ocasionados
en la empresa son por falta de conocimiento del personal de los riesgos a
que están expuestos. Todos los accidentes en la actualidad son
registrados por el departamento de Recursos Humanos pero no se
realizan seguimientos del porqué de éstos, en base a estas situaciones se
ha tomado la decisión de realizar el estudio de factibilidad en el cual la
empresa pueda implementar un plan de seguridad e infraestructura para
dar mejoras en lo relacionado a riesgos laborales. El estudio de campo se
lo hizo utilizando herramientas de análisis como son los Métodos de
Grettener y Fine respectivamente con el fin de contrarrestar los índices
de gravedad ocasionados por los fenómenos no deseados llamados
accidentes e incidentes.
VíctorEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una evaluación de los
riesgos de accidentes de trabajo y salud ocupacional, este estudio nos ayudara a
concientizar de la mejor manera y rápida posible de cambiar las condiciones de
trabajo y malos hábitos por parte de todo el personal.
En las condiciones de trabajo de la fabrica se sintetiza la forma como la
actividad laboral determina la vida humana, en ellas se debe tener en cuenta los
factores de riesgos a los cuales esta sometido el trabajador, así como los
elementos que contribuyen para que una condición riesgosa se convierta en un
evento trágico.
El ambiente de trabajo es el resultado de la interacción de todas aquellas
condiciones y objetos que rodean el lugar y el momento en el cual el trabajador
ejecuta su labor.
Esta determinado por todos los aspectos físicos, químicos, biológicos,
tecnológicos, sociales y sicológicos que rodean el puesto de trabajo y la
ocupación que ejecuta el trabajador, estos aspectos son las Condiciones de
Trabajo.
La calidad del ambiente de trabajo esta muy relacionado con los riesgos a
los cuales esta sometido todo trabajador y la carga de trabajo que debe asimilar.
Un buen ambiente de Trabajo hace que la ocupación laboral genere una
mínima carga de trabajo y que por lo tanto ocasione menos fatiga o cansancio a
nuestro cuerpo los cual redundaría en menores riesgos para nuestra vida.
Una adecuada planificación del ambiente del trabajo permite disminuir la
carga de trabajo, eliminar muchos riesgos innecesarios, y reducir al mínimo
otros, con lo cual se evitan accidentes laborales y se preserva la salud del
trabajador.
Ecuadorian Plastics SA is a company that is growing at structural level and globally , is among one of the most productive in the country , this means more control in their areas of and administrative work either plant, as the company was I neglected safety in the firing of his boss in charge at that then . It also does not have a department of industrial safety and own industrial hygiene functions and / or activities does so through the finance department who facilitated a space to mount provisional desk. This implied to uncomfortable situations for work . Furthermore, I notice that most of the accidents caused the company are due to lack of staff knowledge of the risks they are exposed. All accidents today are recorded by the Human Resources department but not why carry traces of these, based on these situations has taken the decision to conduct a feasibility study in which the company to implement a safety plan and infrastructure for make improvements in relation to occupational hazards. The field study was did using analysis tools such as methods Grettener and Fine respectively in order to counteract the indices severity caused by unwanted phenomena called accidents and incidents. VíctorEl present work aims to make an assessment of the accidents at work and occupational health, this study will help us aware of the best and fastest possible changing conditions work and bad habits by all staff. In the working conditions of the factory shape is synthesized as work activity determines human life, they should take into account the risk factors to which the worker is subjected and the elements that contribute to a hazardous condition becomes a tragic event.
