Resumen
La presente investigación consiste en un estudio focalizado en la carrera
de Ingeniería Comercial de la Facultad Ciencias Administrativas de la
Universidad de Guayaquil. En la actualidad esta unidad académica capacita
a los docentes para optimizar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, con la
finalidad de que los docentes capacitados apliquen lo aprendido. El inicio
de la investigación se basó en la hipótesis de que se encuentran docentes
de diferentes áreas, que no conocen las herramientas informáticas. El
marco teórico, y los objetivos se desarrollaron a partir del estudio de la
información del personal docente. Este trabajo presenta una propuesta de
un sistema de capacitación a través de una aula virtual, para que el docente
este actualizado en el uso de la tecnología. Para la recopilación de la
información se usó el método descriptivo, se tomó en cuenta la opinión de
los docentes, y coordinadores académicos. Como parte fundamental el
sistema de capacitación se elaboró con el departamento de coordinación,
el proceso de capacitación y los resultados fueron indispensables para la
planificar las actividades, se consideró: fechas, horarios, docentes, lugar
para su realización, etc.

The initiation of the investigation was based on the assumption that teachers from different areas, who do not know the tools are. The theoretical framework and objectives were developed from the study of information for teachers. This paper presents a proposal for a training system through a virtual classroom for teaching this updated in the use of technology. For the collection of information descriptive method was used, took into account the views of teachers, and academic coordinators.
