In the development of this work to find several issues that are of great importance as contemporary dental and breakthroughs dental in the area of dental materials , the correct use of adhesives and its successful implementation . Currently in the XXI century , despite major technological advances in the area of dental materials , no technique has decoded restoration totally predictable adhesive ; adhesive techniques that they can now day are sensitive to each of the clinical stages , therefore , it is important understand and manage a number of variables to optimize results clinical , among which is the efficient hybridization of the dental tissue. Given the importance of dental composite resins restorative (composites ) have been one of the materials that have a good development , being necessary to know in a general way some of the progress experienced in their composition and classification, characterized in that present time and the knowledge needed , related to the conditions required of a dentist , their responsibility to the community learning needs and update, past, present and future of the dental operation and role of professional institutions. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a technique based restoration biomechanical principles and protocols of restoration with excellent choice of restorative and adhesive material for the welfare of patients requiring this type of treatment.
