Resumen
El problema objeto de la presente investigación se presenta por una clara
necesidad que tiene la carrera de Comercio Exterior de la Facultad de
Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad de Guayaquil de ofrecer una
mejor alternativa de formación académica basada en las exigencias del
contexto desde una perspectiva de una educación transformadora. En el
primer capítulo puede observarse una problemática que requiere ser
analizada y comprobada, que sirva de ayuda para el beneficio y desarrollo
constante de los estudiantes. El marco teórico se fundamenta en
sustentos teóricos actuales de educación, formación académica y
tecnicismo de franquicias, así como los fundamentos epistemológicos,
psicológicos, axiológicos, teleológicos, aspectos relacionados con el
comercio, gestión calidad etc. la modalidad de la investigación es de
proyecto factible, de investigación bibliográfica y de campo.
