Estudio poblacional del consumo de drogas teratogénicas en mujeres embarazadas

Resumen
Son muchos los factores que provocan malformaciones congénitas y uno de ellos es el consumo de drogas en el embarazo. En este estudio se realizaron encuestas a las mujeres embarazadas de la consulta externa de la Maternidad Enrique Sotomayor con el fin de establecer el grado de conocimiento del problema que causa administrarse sin control los medicamentos en el embarazo y que hacer en caso de haberlos tomado. El universo está constituido por 100 mujeres embarazadas del cual se seleccionó 83 mujeres que son aquellas que han consumido cualquier tipo de drogas en el embarazo. Se determinó que de 83 mujeres que constaba la muestra solo 4 se administraron drogas teratogénicas como son los antiparasitarios, y los analgésicos, así mismo 33 de ellas consumieron bebidas alcohólicas como son: la cerveza, vino, entre otros. Respondieron que su administración fue dentro del primer trimestre del embarazo cuando ignoraban de su estado. Otro punto importante que hay que destacar es que el consumo de los medicamentos ha sido por automedicación o por recomendación de un familiar, así mismo muy pocas tienen conocimientos sobre las distintas pruebas que existen para determinar algún tipo de malformación en el feto.
Exists many factors which are the responsible of the abnormalities congenital, one of this is the it consumes of drugs during pregnancy. In this study I make inquiries to pregnant women of the Enrique Sotomayor Maternity in order to establish the grade of knowledge of the problem that causes administration drugs without control during pregnancy and what the have to do if they will take it. The universe is constituted by 100 women, only 83 women took any type of drugs during pregnancy. It was determinated that of 83 women only 4 took drugs teratogenics like as antiparasitarians, and analgesics , likewise 33 of them consumed alcoholics drinks such as . beers, wine, among others. They answered that their administration was in the first trimester of the pregnancy when they ignored it. However is very important to emphasize that the administration of this drugs have been for self-medication or for a relative's recommendation, likewise very few of these women have knowledge about the different tests that exist to identify some type of abnormality in the baby.
