nuestros dientes y aparato masticatorio.
The masticatory system consists of various structures whose physiology is coordinated around respiratory, swallowing , phonation and posture . All of this is supplied by the Nervous System Central is vital to maintain the integrity of our teeth and apparatus masticatorio.La absence of any of the structures that make up the masticatory system directly affects one some kind of dysfunction. One of the most frequent problems of oral health is lost dental structures and has a high incidence in our population. this is Herein lies the importance of our role as professional the area of dentistry when performing oral rehabilitation the scientific basis and knowledge to bring to the clinical practice. How to rehabilitate a patient has evolved from a purely empirical practice early last century to the supported the establishment of formal studies on scientific evidence of which emerged the basic principles for the design and prosthetic planning. Based on a proper clinical examination , history and additional tests would study the tools needed to apply the acquired knowledge and appropriate treatment plan. The tooth preparation should be done according to principles mechanical, biological and aesthetic established scientists . The purpose of This bibliographic research work presentation case report is to determine the preparation of abutment teeth for crowns upper and lower feldspar porcelain metal, to restore oral health of partially edentulous patients.
