Los recursos del presupuesto del estado y su efecto en los programas para fomentar la igualdad de género en Ecuador en el período 2010-2017

Resumen
El objetivo del presente escrito fue confirmar bajo análisis los Recursos del Presupuesto
del Estado durante el 2010 2017 que han sido invertidos en los programas para fomentar la
igualdad de género y así reducir la vulnerabilidad del género femenino en el Ecuador. La
metodología que se uso fue una combinación entre deductivo e inductivo. Deductivo
porque retoma teorías que contribuyeron a plantear todo el panorama sobre género y
presupuesto. Y fue inductivo porque de los índices sobre genero contribuyo para
determinar a nivel general que el país sí experimento una reducción en la brecha de género.
La técnica de investigación mixta, cuantitativa cualitativa estuvo compuesta por medio de
conceptos y definiciones, y con ayuda de datos estadísticos de las áreas de salud, educación
y empleo en el periodo comprendido del 2008 al 2017. Se llegó a la conclusión de que los
recursos del Estado sí cumplen con la política de igualdad de género; las leyes en Ecuador
están diseñadas para beneficiar el ser humano sin distinción de ser hombre o mujer.
The aim of this paper was to confirm under analysis the State Budget Resources during 2010 2017 that have been invested in programs to promote gender equality and thus reduce the vulnerability of women in Ecuador. The methodology used was a combination of deductive and inductive. Deductive because it retakes theories that contributed to raise the whole picture about gender and budget. And it was inductive because of the gender indices I contribute to determine at a general level that the country does experience a reduction in the gender gap. The qualitative quantitative mixed research technique was composed of concepts and definitions, and with the help of statistical data from the areas of health, education and employment in the period from 2008 to 2017. It was concluded that resources of the State do comply with the policy of gender equality; the laws in Ecuador are designed to benefit the human being without distinction of being a man or a woman.
