Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación está dirigido a los estudiantes del tercer
año de bachillerato del Instituto Teológico Superior Simón Bolívar de la ciudad
de Guayaquil, con el objetivo de inculcar el espíritu de emprendimiento a su vez
brindar los conocimientos necesarios relacionado a las técnicas de innovación y
tecnología dentro de su proceso educativo, el propósito de este trabajo es dar a
conocer las nuevas tendencias microempresariales y la importancia del uso de
la tecnología como herramienta principal para el emprendimiento a su vez se les
enseñara un enfoque de gestión del conocimiento permitirá a los estudiantes
enriquecer sus estrategias al momento de ofrecer los conocimientos adquiridos.
El conocimiento se ha convertido en uno de los recursos más preciados para los
negocios en la actualidad. Los activos intangibles tienen su base en los
conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes, el objetivo de este proyecto es brindar
el suficiente conocimiento para sacar ventajas competitivas a través de su
implementación
The present work of investigation is directed the students of the third year of baccalaureate of the Theological Institute Simón Bolívar of the city of Guayaquil, with the aim to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship in turn to offer the necessary knowledge related to the technologies of innovation and technology inside his educational process, the intention of this work is to announce the new micromanagerial trends and the importance of the use of the technology like principal tool for the entrepreneurshi in turn was teaching them an approach of management of the knowledge it will allow to the students to enrich his strategies to the moment to offer the acquired knowledge. The knowledge has turned into one of the resources most valued to the business at present. The intangible assets have his base in the knowledge, skills and attitudes, the aim of this project is to offer the sufficient knowledge to extract competitive advantages across his implementation.
