SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS DEL PROCESO DIAGNÓSTICO SOBRE ASPECTOS MOTIVACIONALES PRESENTES EN EL PERSONAL DE UN CENTRO DIURNO PARA ADULTOS MAYORES

Resumen
La presente sistematización consistió en la descripción de experiencias en cuanto al proceso de diagnóstico de los aspectos motivacionales en el personal de un Centro Diurno para Adultos Mayores, el trabajo tuvo como objetivo comparar los niveles alcanzados en el perfil motivacional y la perspectiva individual del personal acerca de su motivación. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se determinó como eje de sistematización los aspectos motivacionales que estuvieron presentes en el personal de un Centro Diurno para Adultos Mayores. La muestra que se utilizó para el presente trabajo estuvo compuesta por seis técnicos, quienes pertenecen a las modalidades diurna, visita domiciliaria y espacios alternativos, del proyecto Adulto Mayor. Para la recolección de datos, se aplicó el instrumento de motivación de David McClelland, que permitió identificar las necesidades motivacionales de logro, poder y afiliación del personal que trabaja en proyectos de atención enfocados en el adulto mayor, la metodología utilizada en el presente trabajo fue cualitativa, ya que se empleó la narración y la reconstrucción descriptiva, para detallar las actividades realizadas y dar a conocer aquellas situaciones relevantes del proceso diagnóstico sobre los aspectos motivacionales. Mediante la aplicación de instrumentos se obtuvieron principales resultados: Se evidenció que existe una moderada motivación en logro, las metas están dirigidas al desarrollo personal y profesional, en cuanto a la necesidad de afiliación, se evidenció que el contacto social entre los trabajadores fue limitado, y finalmente existió baja motivación en poder
The present systematization consisted of the description of experiences regarding the diagnosis process of the motivational aspects in the personnel of a Day Center for Older Adults, the objective of which was to compare the levels achieved in the motivational profile and the individual perspective of the personnel about of your motivation. For the development of the work, the motivational aspects that were present in the staff of a Day Center for Older Adults were determined as the axis of systematization. The sample that was used for the present work was composed of six technicians, who belong to the diurnal modalities, home visit and alternative spaces, of the Senior Adult project. For the data collection, the motivation instrument of David McClelland was applied, which allowed to identify the motivational needs of achievement, power and affiliation of the personnel working in care projects focused on the elderly, the methodology used in the present work was qualitative, since the narrative and the descriptive reconstruction were used, to detail the activities carried out and to make known those relevant situations of the diagnostic process on the motivational aspects. Through the application of instruments, the main results were obtained: It was evidenced that there is a moderate motivation in achievement, the goals are aimed at personal and professional development, in terms of the need for affiliation, it was evidenced that social contact between workers was limited, and finally there was low motivation in power
