SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS PRÁCTICAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN TÉCNICAS UTILIZADAS POR CUIDADORES EN EL PROCESO DE APRENDIZAJE DE NIÑOS

Resumen
Las prácticas pre profesionales fueron realizadas en el periodo de mayo a agosto de 2018 por medio de convenios entre la Facultad de Ciencias Psicológicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil y la Fundación Nuevo Rumbo de Técnicos Activistas Comunitarios (NURTAC), para el desarrollo del proyecto “Prevención y Atención Integral dirigido a Niños y Niñas con Problemas de Conducta y Aprendizaje”, del cual se toma una muestra de dos niñas y un niño de entre 10 y 12 años de edad y sus cuidadores. La metodología del presente trabajo es sistematización de experiencias, cuyo objetivo es analizar las técnicas utilizadas por cuidadores en el proceso de aprendizaje de niños. El plan de sistematización se llevó a cabo en dos etapas, la primera referida a establecer actividades y horarios con los participantes y la segunda, de aplicación, calificación y análisis de las fuentes de información. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los cuidadores desconocen técnicas específicas de estudio pero ejercen otras formas de apoyar la educación formal de sus hijos e hijas desde el acompañamiento escolar, comunicación sobre la tarea, motivación hacia el estudio, provisión de recursos escolares y la valorización y recompensa del esfuerzo de sus hijos e hijas en el ámbito académico, por otro lado, los niños y niñas en su mayoría tienen un dominio aceptable de las técnicas de estudio pero las condiciones físico ambientales en que realizan sus tareas escolares para la mayoría no son las más adecuadas
The pre-professional practices were carried out in the period from May to August 2018 through agreements between the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil and the New Route Foundation of Community Activists Technicians (NURTAC), for the development of the project "Prevention and Comprehensive Care for Children with Behavior and Learning Problems", which includes a sample of two girls and a boy between 10 and 12 years of age and their caregivers. The methodology of this work is systematization of experiences, whose objective is to analyze the techniques used by caregivers in the learning process of children. The systematization plan was carried out in two stages, the first referred to establishing activities and schedules with the participants, the second one of application, qualification and analysis of the sources of information. The results obtained were that the caregivers do not know specific study techniques but exercise other ways of supporting the formal education of their sons and daughters from the school support, communication about the task, motivation towards the study, provision of school resources and the valorization and reward of the effort of their sons and daughters in the academic field, on the other hand the boys and girls mostly have an acceptable mastery of the study techniques but the physical environmental conditions in which they perform their school tasks for the majority are not the most adequate
