Resumen
El Sistema de Pasantías es un medio que permite adquirir conocimientos y experiencia para su desarrollo y Formación Profesional he aquí la importancia al Evaluar está herramienta de aprendizaje. En el Marco Teórico se fundamenta este estudio con teorías y definiciones referentes a Evaluación, Sistema de Pasantías y Propuesta de Reforma, que argumentan y respaldan la investigación. El objetivo fundamental es conocer las dificultades del Sistema de Pasantías y la Formación Profesional. La Modalidad es la de Proyecto Factible que comprende investigación bibliográfica, de campo y una alternativa de solución, fundamentados en encuestas a 70 docentes y estudiantes de la carrera. Los beneficiarios directos con este estudio los estudiantes del 8vo semestre, las Instituciones Educativas, las Empresas y toda la sociedad. La Evaluación del Sistema de Pasantías, la Formación Profesional y la Propuesta de Reforma al Sistema, son variables de esta investigación. Se probó la hipótesis de que más del 60% de los informantes expresan que el sistema tiene fallas y proponen cambios significativos muy funcionales que se traducen en la propuesta orientada a mejorar la formación. Entre los objetivos de la Propuesta, está reformar el sistema de pasantías e instrumentarlo, implementar un programa de inducción que permita al estudiante conocer todos los aspectos relacionados con las pasantías y fomentar la importancia para su formación profesional permitiendo mejorar su inserción al campo laboral.
The Internship System is a means to acquire knowledge and experience to develop and Vocational Training here is the importance to assess learning tool. In the theoretical framework underlying this study theories and definitions relating to Evaluation System Reform Proposal Internships and who argue and support research. The main objective is to understand the difficulties and System Training Internships. The mode is the Feasible Project comprising literature review, field and an alternative solution, based on surveys of seventy professors and students of the race. The direct beneficiaries of this study eighth semester students, educational institutions, companies and society. The Internship System Assessment, Training and System Reform Proposal, are variables of this research. We tested the hypothesis that more than sixty percent of the respondents expressed that the system is flawed and very functional propose significant changes that result in the proposal aimed at improving training. Among the objectives of the proposal, is to reform the system of internships and implement it, implement an induction program that allows the student to all aspects of internships and promote the importance for training allowing better integrate the workforce.
