Sanciones a quienes excedan la tenencia para el consumo de drogas autorizadas en la tabla del Art. 220 del COIP

Resumen
En el Código Orgánico Integral Penal, en su Artículo 220 se encuentra las sanciones que se impone a los sujetos que intervengan en la compra, venta y comercialización de estas sustancias, delimitando las sanciones de acuerdo al tipo de actividades con las que se conseguirá ejecutar el Tráfico de estas Sustancias, siendo estas desde la mínima, mediana, alta y gran escala. Muchas familias viven con preocupación la posibilidad de que sus hijos se inicien en el consumo de drogas, no se sienten suficientemente informadas sobre este asunto para ayudar a sus hijos a evitar riesgos; de la misma forma los padres continúan creyendo que el inicio en el consumo de alcohol y tabaco forma parte del proceso natural de maduración, esta es una actitud tolerante que entraña no pocos riesgos, si atendemos al importante número de problemas relacionados con el abuso de tales sustancias, especialmente entre los más jóvenes.
In the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code, Article 220 contains the penalties imposed on the individuals involved in the purchase, sale and marketing of these substances, delimiting the sanctions according to the type of activities with which it will be possible to execute the Traffic of these Substances, being these from the minimum, medium, high and large scale. Many families are worried about the possibility that their children will start using drugs, they do not feel sufficiently informed about this issue to help their children avoid risks; In the same way, the parents continue believing that the beginning in the consumption of alcohol and snuff is part of the natural process of maturation, this is a tolerant attitude that involves not a few risks, if we attend to the important number of problems related to the abuse of such substances, especially among the youngest.
