ANÁLISIS DE LOS MÉTODOS CUALITATIVOS EN EL DIAGNÓSTICO DE LA COMUNICACIÓN ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización de experiencias prácticas estuvo precedido por el servicio comunitario realizado en una fundación de característica fiscomisional ubicada en el cantón Durán, en el marco del proyecto de Desarrollo Social ejecutado en la organización. Se empezó por revisar los aspectos contextuales, así se conoció los datos más relevantes de la fundación y seguidamente se definió el enfoque metodológico, para el cual se consideró el eje de esta sistematización: ¿Cómo realizar el análisis de contenido del discurso para interpretar el sentido subjetivo de los participantes sobre la comunicación organizacional?, cuyo objetivo fue retroalimentar este proceso de diagnóstico como tal. Para esto, se elaboró un cronograma de actividades; entre las cuales estuvo la descripción del proceso vivido narrando por actividades cada una de las situaciones o ambientes presentados. Entre las situaciones que ayudaron a la recuperación del proceso, se puede destacar la apertura por parte de las autoridades de la fundación y la colaboración de las educadoras de los centros de desarrollo infantil, quienes fueron participantes claves en el desarrollo de las prácticas; se concluye que la metodología cualitativa dentro del marco investigativo tuvo un proceso sistemático de indagación que permitió obtener datos para la interpretación en este caso del sentido subjetivo de las participantes que tenían acerca del diagnóstico
The present work of systematization of practical experiences was preceded by the community service carried out in a foundation of fiscomisional characteristic located in the canton Durán, within the framework of the Social Development project executed in the organization. It began by reviewing the contextual aspects, thus the most relevant data of the foundation was known and then the methodological approach was defined, for which the axis of this systematization was considered: How to perform the content analysis of the speech to interpret the meaning subjective of the participants on the organizational communication?, whose objective was to feed back this diagnostic process as such. For this, a schedule of activities was elaborated; among which was the description of the lived process narrating by activities each of the situations or environments presented. Among the situations that helped the recovery of the process, we can highlight the opening by the authorities of the foundation and the collaboration of the educators of the child development centers, who were key participants in the development of the practices; It is concluded that the qualitative methodology within the research framework had a systematic process of inquiry that allowed obtaining data for the interpretation in this case of the subjective sense of the participants that they had about the diagnosis of organizational communication. This analysis of the experience and its critical points offers as a reference the development or improvement of this work and others in the future in the field of the organization
